Its coplanar waveguide photodiode design enhances speed and sensitivity across 1260 nm to 1610 nm wavelengths, ensuring a 30 GHz frequency response suitable for digital and analog uses. The front-illuminated mesa-structured PIN design accommodates high input power up to 30 mW.
