• Master specific shock absorber tool set is used for repairing and replacing strut mounts, shock absorbers or struts including macpherson strut type assemblies. The tool set allows the piston rod to be held against the shock absorber when removing and installing the shock absorber.
• The shock absorber socket is used with a 3/8" or 1/2" drive ratchet or 10mm wrench for more torque. The go-through design of the ratchet and socket set allows the extension to pass through the middle.
• This pass through socket set is ideal for tightening and loosening nuts on threaded rods that deep sockets can’t access. The hollow sockets and pass through ratchet heads allow threaded rods to pass through the tool, providing quick access to fasteners and eliminating the need for deep sockets.
• Featuring a dedicated metric spline socket design, this pass through socket wrench works with a variety of fasteners, including star, square, hex, spline, and some rounded shapes. The sockets have clearly stamped size markings for easy identification.
