MSI Gaming PC kept in great condition. Fans were replaced about a year ago for the sake of even better air flow. Liquid cooler was upgraded from the original. CPU is only about a year old as well (accidently bent the pins of the old on so had to buy a replacement). Everything works very well and runs games well.
I play at 1080p and can get Fortnite well past 120 FPS. Recently, I played games like Split Fiction, Splitgate 2, Mechabreak, and others. Destiny 2 runs perfectly well and I can get Call of Duty games to 120 FPS if I tweak a few settings down to high/medium. It should run most modern games at 60+ FPS on high, but may need to turn down some settings if games are unoptimized or if you want higher FPS.
