This copy is one I ordered months ago and was thought to be lost in the mail. So, it is brand new, I've just changed the switches out.
This is their premium metal leverless controller that has a nice heft to it and feels solid as a rock. It sells for around $125+ on Amazon without the extras.
The 16 Crystal Kailh switches it came with were taken out and put in a package and has Shadow "Ghost" Kailh switches inserted since I use those and had enough to add to this one and they're slightly better IMO.
Includes a Brook Wingman XE2 for Playstation 4. If you need a PS5 adapter, I recommend the Cosmox / Haute42 one that is around $20. The adapter goes in the EXT port, and technically, you can also plug a PS5 controller in there to make it work on PS5, but obviously, it isn't very comfortable. PC and Switch are just plug and play.
