These cards were given out from July 21st, 2000 to July 28th, 2000 as a WOTC Pokemon promotional card when a movie ticket for “Pokémon The Movie 2000: The Power of One” was purchased at theaters.
I have a lot of these so you might not receive the exact card pictured, if you want pictures of the exact card you’ll get please reach out to me, although all of them are of the same condition and have very similar centering.
